The most popular diet fads seem to change quicker than the wind, each offering promises that one diet is the quintessential health plan. The Atkins, Paleo, South Beach and other diets guaranteed you the world (or at least a slimmer body). They promised quick and easy results without needing the benefits of exercising. Then, the diet fad disappeared, as if it was never around to begin with.
